I think WoD enha AoE was my favorite era, but having fun even now. Enhancement Shaman, feels like a melee mage utilizing many different elements at once. Also has many different viable specs for different situations. Like, you mainly use ice lance when you have a FoF proc, but you can also use it after a Flurry proc with the same results. I think frost mage is one of the few specs that has life outside major cooldowns and has spells that are connected with each other. Legion/WoD Arcane Mage (on some fights, really fun with some legendaries/Prophecy of Fear trinket + Prismatic Crystal in HFC was insanely fun) BFA BM Hunter: double mention, but honestly I just love the ranged melee aspect, it's such a load off also Azerite traits barely change how you play which is great WotLK Disc Priest: I had loads of fun with this during WotLK, there were so many interesting mechanics to play with and min/max, like downranking PW:S for Rapture etc. Legion MM Hunter: legendaries and the way the rotation played into them was fantastic MoP Demo Warlock: playing with Lei Shen's trinket was an absolute blast, as was the Metamorphosis rotation in general WoD Shadow Priest: I loved this in every way, from DP spam to DoT-less MSpike spec also: CASCADE OMG Outlaw Rogue: unlike many people, I absolutely love Roll the Bones it's a lot more fun to play with than just a simple deterministic rotation Resto Druid: the most fun I've had as a healer in M+, so much stuff to do, in so many ways! You never get bored Balance Druid: Azerite traits again, though this time with a fun rotational twist I wish Streaking Star and Arcanic Pulsar were just baseline abilities Havoc DH: I like the mobility, and the fairly quick rotation effected by the Azerite traits BM Hunter: freedom of movement on a ranged is unbelievably satisfying
